Mirroring and Isolating the Body

Student pairs take turns acting as mirror and leader (the “mirror” will copy the movements of the “leader”).

From Mapping the Space activity, select parts of the body to isolate their pattern in. Start with an arm, then head, hips, or a foot.

Play and pause music to determine beginning and pausing (switching) points.
